Your support helps train the next generation of healthcare professionals serving South Sudan's communities. Every contribution makes a difference.
Since transitioning to a self-sponsored model in January 2023, MHSI relies on tuition fees and external support to maintain quality training, expand facilities, and keep education accessible to students from across South Sudan.
Every donation — whether to fund a student's scholarship, supply the library with new textbooks, or upgrade the skills laboratory — directly improves the quality of healthcare available to the people of South Sudan.
There are multiple ways individuals, organisations, and institutions can contribute to MHSI's mission of training quality health professionals.
Sponsor a student's tuition for one year or their entire programme. Scholarships make health education accessible to talented students who cannot afford fees independently.
Donate new or used medical textbooks, journals, and educational materials for the MHSI Resource Centre. Equipment for the skills laboratory is also greatly needed.
Support the improvement of MHSI's campus infrastructure, classrooms, accommodation facilities, and technology to provide students with the best possible learning environment.
Support continuing professional development for MHSI's tutors and staff through training, conference attendance, and academic development programmes.
Partner with MHSI as an institution — whether as a hospital clinical placement partner, academic institution, donor organisation, or NGO. Long-term partnerships are welcome.
Help spread the word about MHSI's work. Share our story on social media, tell students and parents about our programmes, and help us reach the communities that need us most.
Contact the Principal Tutor directly to discuss how you or your organisation can support MHSI's mission.
